COMMUNITY TALKS

2025 saw us going out into the local community to deliver talks on spinal health, back pain and how chiropractic can help.
​
We have visited WI groups, and sports clubs around Pembrokeshire.

We don’t charge for our talks and can be flexible on times and days.
We can tailor our talks to your group providing not only information but interactive classes on back pain, spinal health, exercise for musculoskeletal issues, becoming active with back pain and much more.

We are just a short drive from Tenby and Saundersfoot.
(Take the road to Pembroke Dock, stay in the left lane at the traffic lights by Aldi, take the immediate left turning to Pembroke under the railway bridge.
Angle and Fresh West direction, come into Pembroke town, take the left turning after the castle heading to Pembroke Dock and we are the last right turning before the railway bridge at the bottom of Ferry Lane.

Neyland, Milford, Haverfordwest directions, come over the Cleddau bridge, head down to the First and Last roundabout, take the first left, head into right hand lane for the traffic lights by Aldi. Take the right turning under the railway bridge to Pembroke. Immediate first left after the bridge.
Its a small, signposted driveway rather than a main junction.

Go up to the top of the drive and we are the building around the back, not the one at the front.
​
There is parking right outside the front door.
