Steve is our principle chiropractor at Pembroke Chiropractic Clinic.

Steve is a Pembrokeshire boy born and bred. After working locally for many years, he fancied a change and decided to study sports massage at Pembrokeshire college. He graduated from the WIOC in 2018 with an MChiro.

During his final year he built up a great relationship with many professional rugby players and has a great interest in treating sports people as a result.

In his spare time, you will often see him outdoors with his tribe of Damaltians.

I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ON NEW PATIENTS IN PEMBROKE

I am still available for appointments in Haverfordwest.

I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2008 with a BSc(Hons) Chiropractic then spent 4 years treating patients from a practice in my home town of Merthyr Tydfil. I relocated to Pembrokeshire in early 2013 working from a clinic in Haverfordwest and providing locum cover to other clinics in the county, including Pembroke Clinic.

I took over at Pembroke Chiropractic Clinic in 2018 after working side by side with the previous owner, Julia, for over two years. We hold the PPQM award from the RCC which means we have proven to work together with our patients and involve them in every step of their care with us. â€‹

I am:

  • Registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC)

  • Fully insured

  • A full member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA)

  • A member of the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC)

  • A PRT trainer for the RCC and mentor for new graduates

I host regular CPD evenings at my clinics for other chiropractors and health care professionals.

As a chiropractor it is important to take courses regularly to develop my skills and provide the best care I can. I have also studied:

  • PGC in Clinical Chiropractic Development

  • Dry needling (acupuncture)

  • Assessing and treating the paediatric patient

  • Understanding and managing psychosocial barriers in MSK conditions

When I am not working I spend my time on the beaches and coastal path of Pembrokeshire with Missy and George, my springer spaniels and the more recent addition of Frankie who was 9 weeks premature, so I have spent a lot of time recently trying to navigate life with a little human in tow. I am a podcast fanatic and love going out for food. I am massively into music! I love live music, especially festivals,  but I'll let you guess which genre is my favourite!

HINT: I always come back from a gig with a sore neck!

Lorraine has been working with us since before Lowrie took over in 2018.

She keeps us running smoothly, and efficiently and makes sure the place is in tip top shape.

Lorraine has lived and worked in Pembrokeshire for many years and is a well known face for many of our patients who attend.

When she is not in work, you will see her out on classic car runs in the Triumph or zipping around Pembrokeshire in her MX5.

She loves gardening and is responsible for the colourful pots outside and the greenery indoors.
